Accessibility Statement
Effective September 3, 2026. Raveful is operated by a sole proprietor registered in Israel. The registered name and postal address are provided on request to the email below, on every invoice, and to any supervisory authority. Contact: support@raveful.app
Raveful is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, or captions. Our target is WCAG 2.1 level AA across the marketing site, the dashboard, collection forms, public Walls of Love, and embedded widgets. This statement also serves the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 5773-2013 and the European Accessibility Act.
What we do
- Every page has a skip link, landmarks, one clear heading order, and visible focus outlines on all controls.
- All functionality works with a keyboard alone. Nothing depends on hover or on colour alone.
- Text and interface colours meet a 4.5:1 contrast ratio or better; large text 3:1 or better.
- Forms have programmatic labels, clear error messages announced to assistive technology, and autocomplete hints.
- Video testimonials get automatic captions. The product tour video is silent with on-screen text and a text description.
- Right-to-left languages (Hebrew, Arabic) are supported on forms, walls, and widgets, and pages declare their language.
- Animations respect the "reduce motion" system setting. Text can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.
- Widgets you embed carry the same semantics into your own site: list structure, alt text, and readable contrast in light and dark themes.
Known limitations
- Video testimonials uploaded by customers are captioned automatically; caption accuracy depends on audio quality and can be edited by the customer.
- Third-party checkout (Polar) is accessible per its provider but outside our control.
