Terms of Service

1. The service

Raveful lets you collect written and video testimonials through hosted forms, moderate them, and publish them through hosted pages, embeddable widgets, and exported images. We may change or improve features at any time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period without notice.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep it current.

3. Your content and the people who submit testimonials

• You own the content you and your customers submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display, and transmit Customer Content only as needed to provide the service to you.
• You are the data controller for the people who submit testimonials to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and publish their testimonials, for honouring their requests to edit or remove a testimonial, and for the accuracy and legality of what you publish.
• Every Raveful form requires the submitter to tick a consent box before sending. Do not disable, bypass, or misrepresent that consent.
• Testimonials must be real. Do not fabricate, purchase, or edit testimonials in a way that changes their meaning. Where required (for example under the FTC Endorsement Guides in the US, the UK CMA rules, or the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive), disclose incentives and material connections.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Raveful to: break any law; infringe anyone's rights; publish content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets minors; collect data from children under 16; upload malware; scrape or overload the service; resell the service without our written agreement; or attempt to access other customers' data.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms. Where practical we will warn you first.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

• The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., which handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes under its own terms. We never see or store your card details.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep paid features until then.
• Refunds: if you are unhappy within 14 days of your first paid charge, email us and we will refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded except where the law requires it. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory rights.
• If you exceed the Free plan limits, older items stay stored but are hidden from public pages until you upgrade or remove items. We never delete your content for exceeding a limit.

6. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. Where you use Raveful to process personal data of your own customers, our Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Raveful, its software, design, and trademarks belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at support@raveful.app. We normally answer within one business day.

9. Termination and data export

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that stay inactive on the Free plan for over 12 months, with 30 days' email notice. You can export your testimonials as CSV at any time before deletion. After deletion, data is removed from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing limits the statutory rights of consumers.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer Content you publish or from your breach of these Terms, including claims by people whose testimonials you published without a valid consent.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Israel, except that consumers in the EU, UK, or elsewhere may rely on the mandatory consumer laws and courts of their home country. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

14. Contact

Raveful is operated by a sole proprietor registered in Israel. The registered name and postal address are provided on request to the email below, on every invoice, and to any supervisory authority. Email support@raveful.app.
